At Petkit, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
